“Fun
is good!” said Dr. Seuss. You have to have some fun in your life or you
will never make it to success. Fun goals are the things you want to do for no
other reason than that they are fun. Fun goals help us to relax, take life as
it comes and to recharge when needed. If you set aside time to deliberately
have fun, then you will find you have fun all the time.
Fun
goals
can be:
•
Gardening
•
Learning to paint
•
Doing crafts
•
Taking a trip
•
Going away for the day
•
A picnic with people you love to be with
Fun
goals do not have any set requirements and unlike all the other goals, they do
not have to move you anywhere. Fun goals have only one purpose: to have fun.
Unbelievably,
many success-minded people have trouble with the idea of just having fun. They
seem to think that if they are not working on their goals that they are wasting
time. What they fail to see is that fun is never a waste of time. It is the
best investment of time in yourself that you can make. You have to have fun or
the rest of the journey is nothing but a burden. As Michael Jordan said, “Just play.
Have fun. Enjoy the game.”
